Yes, raising children is hard, but we don’t have to do it alone. At DAPE, our goal is to support those in the most important roles in children’s lives by offering practical tools, refreshing perspectives and an opportunity to connect in community with others on the PARENThood journey.

PARENThood Playgroup
A casual playgroup for parents with kids 0-5 years old. We will provide activities, play together, and have a parenting topic to discuss, and support any questions or concerns.
Dates: First Wednesday of the month, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Starts February 5, 2025.
Cost: FREE (donations welcome!)

Neurodiversity Affirming Parenting Group
A free, monthly educational support group for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children and teens. Led by parents Daniel Meisenheimer, LCSW, a mental health counselor, and Felili Rincon, MS, a child development specialist, who are both neurodivergent parents, each meeting will offer helpful information and discussions that will deepen your understanding of how to help your child thrive and live a self-determined life.
Frequency : 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7p – 9p
Cost: FREE

La Leche League of Greater Dallas
Led by accredited La Leche League Leaders, this is a free, monthly series offering mother-to-mother breastfeeding support, encouragement, information, and education. Babies and support partners welcome.
Frequency : 3rd Wednesday of the month, 7p – 8:30p
